As members of Alpha Gamma Delta, we are all dedicated to gaining a higher knowledge.  Therefore, scholarship is extremely important to our organization.  All members are expected to put forth their best effort on their schoolwork and must attain a 2.3 to be considered in good standing.  To ensure that our members will be able to meet this goal, the organization has set certain study policies.

In addition to attending study hours, we keep track of class attendance (on one’s honor) and the number of A’s, A/B’s, and B’s a member attains.  To motivate members to study, Vice-President Scholarship will usually implement a competition amongst members.  Education comes first since that is the reason we are attending college!

Social activities also fall under the realm of scholarship.  In addition to participating in activities with other Greek organizations, we also have social events like Semi-Formal and Formal where we all dress up and have a good time together dancing the night away!
